We accept the following insurances for services. If your insurance is not listed please contact your insurance company and discuss your "out of network" benefits. MPC accepts credit card and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and JBC. We will also work with you to develop a private pay agreement depending on your needs.

Telehealth
Our world has changed irrevocably due to the COVID-19 public health crisis. Access to health care was challenged during this time and live telehealth appointments quickly became the standard practice. Mill Pond Counseling recognizes the need for greater access and connection to qualified counselors who can offer a HIPAA compliant, secure, and private connection to meet your needs. MPC utilizes HIPAA compliant technology to protect your privacy and ensure confidentiality. Currently, MPC uses a variety of platforms to securely connect with you, including Doxy.me and a premium HIPAA compliant version of Google Meets for all telehealth sessions.

Individual
Individual counseling is a partnership between you and your therapist. Together, you will explore current challenges and past conflicts to identify and highlight maladaptive patterns that interfere with daily functioning. Individual therapy can be a place for you to seek a neutral third person perspective to help you navigate what you are struggling with and achieve your goals.

Family
Family therapy is a systems-based approach to resolving interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts. According to a systems view of mental health, when one or more participants in a system is not functioning in a healthy and dynamic way, stressors can confound the whole system and negatively effect each member of the system.
